This automatic IOPAK VERTICAL FORM FILL SEAL PACKING MACHINE comes COMPLETE with its own LIQUID FILLING SYSTEM. It makes a 3 sided sealed pack.

Features - WHICH DIFFERS FROM OUR OLDER MACHINES
- Stepper motor used for print registration ensures that there is little packaging wastage in stop/start situations. The jaws move in and out horizontally, thus eliminating wear and tear which occurs with rotary jaws
- The knife uses a guillotine action, which functions independently of the jaws, ensuring a clean cut. The blades remain sharp for much longer
- There is also a dancing arm for film tensioning
- Cold pull down/positioning rollers ensure that there is no burn-on from the film to the rollers (the machine uses a fin seal mechanism for vertical sealing)
- Temperature control is more accurate since there is no rotary union. Instead the thermocouple is stationery
- As quiet as a mouse. Noise level is virtually nil
- It works as steadily and efficiently as a mini VFFS or bagmaker
- When liquids are packed, there is a great advantage in the double seal which the machine produces. No leakage occurs!
